Coming in 2027

Nestled in the mountains of Asheville North Carolina, SācraSoma is a place where people come home to themselves—and to one another.

Individual Healing

Nervous system safety is the foundation for all healing, integrating somatic principles across every offering to support regulation, presence, and embodied wholeness. Our practitioners are rooted in a somatic foundation.

Sacred Ritual

Like two sides of a coin, we honor both our human and our divine nature. Ritual, circle, and ceremony help us return to our sacred practice and what is timeless within us.

Body as Guide

Your body is an exquisitely intelligent guide. We learn to listen, to be in communion with our bodies, rather than overriding, ignoring, and pushing through that is the standard in today’s culture.

Collective Healing

Healing is both an individual and a collective journey. Being in relationship, in community, and in belonging are not supplements — they are the medicine. We are woven back into wholeness by one another.

Where body, mind, and spirit are healed together.

The Collective

SācraSoma is Asheville's center for the somatic and spiritual arts. Our practitioners offer a community of care. We have 8 office spaces available to Asheville practitioners who are interested in joining our collective.

SācraSoma exists to bridge the divide between body and spirit — supporting individuals in returning to the center of themselves through somatic practice, sacred ritual, and relational healing.
